What’s included with my ticket?

Your ticket includes unlimited drip coffee with your choice of plant-based milk plus full access to the stage. Tickets do not include food, specialty & alcoholic beverages.

Will there be other beverages besides drip coffee for sale?

Yes, additional beverages, including espresso, americanos, etc., and alcoholic drinks such as espresso martinis, will be available for purchase.

Is the event suitable for children? Does my child require a ticket?

Children aged 12 and under can enter the general admission area free of charge. Due to large crowds and loud music, bringing children is not recommended.

What happens if it rains?

The event is rain or shine. No refunds will be provided due to weather conditions.

Are outside food and drinks allowed?

No. Outside food and drinks are not permitted, except for sealed water bottles.

Will there be seating, or is it standing room only?

There will be limited seating available on a first-come, first-served basis. We recommend bringing a blanket for comfort. Guests with accessibility needs are welcome to bring a chair.

I just purchased tickets, when will I receive them?

Your e-tickets will be emailed to you the week of the event. Check your spam folder if you don’t see them. If they aren’t there, contact info@houseofcoffeemusicfestival.com with your order number and/or the email used to purchase.

Can I buy tickets at the door?

Yes! Tickets will be available at the door on a first-come, first-served basis, but at an increased price. To ensure availability and avoid disappointment, we recommend purchasing tickets in advance.

Does the person who purchased the tickets have to be present when the rest of the party enters?

No, the person who purchased the tickets does not need to be present. However, each member of the party must have their own separate ticket to scan upon entry.

What payment methods are accepted at the event?

Debit, credit, Apple Pay, and Google Pay are accepted.

Is there re-entry if I leave?

Re-entry is not permitted.

Is the venue wheelchair accessible?

The event complies with all city-required accessibility standards.

Are there accessible washrooms?

Yes.

Is there parking nearby?

Yes – parking details will be provided closer to the event.

What’s the best way to get to the event by public transit?

Parking is not managed by the event, and availability may be limited. Public transit and ride-sharing services are recommended. If you drive, parking is at your own risk.

What items are prohibited?

Outside food and drinks (except sealed water), coolers, chairs, tents, and other structures are not allowed. Pets are also prohibited, as the event can be overwhelming for animals.

Are pets and service animals permitted to attend?

Pets are not allowed due to the loud music and large crowds. Service animals are permitted.

What if I can’t attend due to injury, illness, emergency, or another reason?

Refunds and deferments are not available. However, you may sell or give away your tickets, as the name on the ticket does not need to match the holder’s.

Are tickets transferable?

You may sell or give your tickets away, the name on the ticket does not need to match the holder’s.

What’s the Refund Policy?

NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES. All sales are final. Chargebacks will result in ticket cancellation and may lead to being banned from future purchases.
